Our Delivery Policies

• Our usual service is 7-10 working days from placing an order to delivery.
• Your framed mirror is made to your exact measurements and will be made especially for your order.
• Fixed size frames (like Overmantle and Decorative frames) will take a similar time.
• Delivery is either by our own vans and drivers or by couriers, depending on your location and the size of your order.

All deliveries are curb-side deliveries, our drivers are however, often prepared to help, so please ask them.

It is the customers responsibility to ensure that they have the ability to get the mirrors from the delivery vehicle onto their site, our delivery drivers cannot be held responsible for damage off the delivery vehicle.

If you are not at home or on-site at the time of the delivery, our drivers are instructed to find the safest place to leave the mirror. Your item is guaranteed until you see it.
